Can I buy a season ticket or a ticket that covers multiple concerts?

Due to COVID, concerts tickets are sold on a per concert basis only. You can however purchase more than one concert however we are unable to offer these via a season ticket. 

What if Good Folk is cancelled due to COVID?

If our event is cancelled due to COVID you will receive a full refund. If you cannot attend Good Folk due to border closures, you will receive a full refund.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my ticket?

All tickets are non refundable other than in exceptional circumstances. Contact the NFF office for further details.

Will there be an interval during concerts?

To ensure the safety of our patrons, all of our concerts will run between 60-90 minutes without an interval.

Is this a COVID Safe Event?

Social distancing, hand hygiene and an extensive cleaning regime between concerts and activities will be implemented throughout Good Folk. Masks are not compulsory. 

Can children attend?

All performances are all ages. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Anyone under 18 attending performances at the Royal Hotel must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I stay?

Can I camp in Queanbeyan?

We are pleased to announce Queanbeyan Riverside Caravan Park as our Camping Partner - 

Queanbeyan Riverside Caravan Park is a brand-new park situated on the banks of the beautiful Queanbeyan River. Visitors will enjoy a leafy atmosphere and picturesque waterfront views only a short stroll from Queanbeyan’s main street shopping centres, clubs and restaurants and of course Good Folk venues.  

Where can I park in Queanbeyan?

Off street car parking is provided throughout the central area of Queanbeyan. Off street parking will be free for the duration of Good Folk.

Is there free WiFi?

Free Wi-Fi is available in parks and public spaces around the Queanbeyan CBD and we have numerous hotspot locations.

Good Folk is a concert series only. As such, we wont be working with our amazing stallholders this year to sell their amazing food and wares. We look forward to seeing all our stallholder friends when we can once again host a Festival.
