Merchandise Refund Policy
Please choose your merchandise carefully as the National Folk Festival will not offer refunds on products if you change your mind after purchase.
We can offer refunds only under the following circumstances:
- Your merchandise has not arrived within 4 weeks from send date and the address for the merchandise order was correct.
- Your package is returned the NFF office as undeliverable.
- The item you ordered is damaged in transit and you notify us within 5 working days of delivery.
