Venue Guide​​​

Get familiar with the Festival venues exploring this quick guide:

  • Budawang – Our premier venue for major concerts and 60th Year special events.

  • Marquee – Our second largest venue, hosting Round Robin concerts, the Infinite Song Contest, and major performances.

  • Flute & Fiddle – Maintaining its larger size from 2025, with morning Young Folk events, daytime acoustic-style concerts, and night-time party bands.

  • Terrace – A more formal concert venue this year, also home to forums, Young Folk concerts and special events.

  • Sam’s Caravan – Rustic and unique, a semi-outdoor venue for live music, artist interviews, youth blackboards and a relaxed place to take a breather with friends and family.

  • Bohemia – Home of the Festival’s famous blackboard concerts, plus poets’ breakfast and evening party gigs.

  • Coorong – Fancy balls, dance workshops, the afternoon FolKwiz and late-night mischief.

  • Piazza – Dance events, parties, circus and more.

  • Family Fest – A wonderland for kids to build, create and explore.

  • Family Marquee – The home of all-ages workshops, concerts and activities.

  • Village Green – Open air performances, workshops and dance displays.

  • Daintree – Festival Ensembles during the day, screenings and Q&As at night.

  • Workshop Tent – Music workshops for all abilities.

  • Session Bar – Join a scheduled session or start your own.

  • Community Arts Tent – Hands-on creative craft activities.

  • The Streets – Dozens of daily of pop-up performances, processions, parades and activities across the Festival site.
