STALLHOLDER APPLICATIONS

The Festival has a long tradition of fantastic stalls that folks love to browse and be nourished by.
Thanks to all the stallholders who made the 2025 Festival Village come to life! 

Applications for next year, 2-6 April 2026 are NOW OPEN.

 



Before applying, please read the 2026 Stallholder Terms and Conditions.

For further detail please read the 2026 Stallholder application supporting information to assist you in correctly completing the application form.
 

As the National Folk Festival is committed to becoming a No Waste Festival, we require a description of any packaging you intend to use prior to the event. There is no glass allowed on site and no single use plastics.

 

Please see the 2025 Waste and Recycling info for stallholders document on the website for guidance.
This will be reviewed for 2026, and any updates will be shared with successful applicants.
