Try Tai Chi
Come and try Tai Chi with Lizz Murphy. Lizz has been a Tai Chi player for over fifteen years, leading Tai Chi for Everyday Wellbeing groups for much of that time (currently in Hall, Yass and Binalong). Tai Chi is a gentle exercise offering a range of benefits including improved balance, coordination, flexibility and strength. It is a relaxing, mindful practice. Lizz will share simpler Tai Chi forms such as Shibashi 1 and Australia Dreaming and will demonstrate other forms. Sessions will include warm ups and the short and sweet Lotus form to cool down.
