Us Mob Writing Group

Us Mob Writing Group are a group of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander poets, writers and storytellers based on Ngunnawal Country. We have written poetry, plays, songs, documentary films, short films, TV dramas, children’s story books, novels, short stories, biographies and autobiographies. We are published in many journals and anthologies nationally and internationally, and our works have been translated in French, Korean, Indian and other non-English speaking languages. We have published By Close of Business (2013), Too Deadly: Our Voice, Our Way, Our Business (2017) and Kuracca (2023). We continually promote and showcase First Nations Australia poetry nationally and internationally.
