Artist Merchandise
Check-In
During Festival

The Artist Merchandise Check-In team receives and records merchandise from Festival artists before it is transferred to the Festival Shop for sale. You’ll check incoming stock against artist information, ensure items are accurately recorded and labelled, and help keep merchandise organised as artists arrive. This is a small team working closely with Artist Liaison and the Festival Shop.

Who

This team suits organised and reliable volunteers with excellent attention to detail. You’ll need good communication skills, confidence working with artists and Festival staff, and the ability to follow processes accurately. Basic computer and data-entry skills are highly desirable.

When

The Artist Merchandise Check-In team operates primarily during the Festival, with limited Pre Festival shifts available as artists begin arriving on site. Volunteers complete 20 hours, which may include a mix of Pre Festival and During Festival shifts.

How

All volunteers must complete the online safety induction as part of their application. Some teams may require additional training or briefings before the Festival. If this applies to your role, your Team Coordinator will advise you. Volunteers should also read any role-specific information or guides provided by their Coordinator.
