Bar Set Up and Stock
Pre, During and Post Festival
The Bar Set Up and Stock team works with our alcohol providers and other suppliers/sponsors to assist with the set up and stock management for our five bars. Your duties will include setting up the bars Pre Festival, delivering stock during the festival, and assisting with pack down.
Who
Volunteers for this team must be over 18 years of age and physically capable, as some manual handling will be required. Equipment and product knowledge is desired, but not essential.
When
This team operates pre, during and post Festival, from the 20th of March until 31st of March. Pre and post Festival, the team work full days. During the Festival, the team operates early in the morning to restock and then on call troubleshooting and stock while bars are open, 10am-3am.
Volunteers for this team are required to complete 30 hours pre/post festival or 20 hours if only working during the festival. 24 hours minimum if working both pre/post and during.
How
All volunteers must complete the online safety induction as part of their application. Some teams may require additional training or briefings before the Festival. If this applies to your role, your Team Coordinator will advise you. Volunteers should also read any role-specific information or guides provided by their Coordinator.
