Bars
During Festival
If you have a passion for hospitality, then the Bars team is for you. You will be right in the heart of the action, working at one of the Festivals bars. duties include opening/closing the bar, serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and keeping the bar area clean and tidy.
The Festival requires that you follow the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines at all times, including checking proof of age.
If you would like to volunteer at a specific bar, you'll have the opportunity to nominate your preference.
Who
To volunteer with this team you must be over 18 years of age and hold a current RSA.
When
During the Festival from 25th - 29th of March. Hours for bars are from 10am - very late.
How
All volunteers must complete the online safety induction as part of their application. Some teams may require additional training or briefings before the Festival. If this applies to your role, your Team Coordinator will advise you. Volunteers should also read any role-specific information or guides provided by their Coordinator.
