Artist Liaison
The Artist Liaison team is responsible for assisting artists at the Festival. You will be working closely with the Artistic Directors to ensure that all our artists and performers have what they need to perform at our Festival. You will be welcoming performers as they arrive at the festival and providing them with their wristbands and important information.
You will manage the green room (keep it tidy and stocked with tea and coffee etc.) Take bookings for use of the rehearsal spaces and be Venue Managers for our Workshop Venues.
The team also facilitates communication between performers, production contractors, MCs and Venue Management.
Who
This team suits volunteers with strong customer service skills. You need to be friendly, a good problem solver and eager to help. Experience in artistic services or management is highly regarded, and applicants who are studying these fields are encouraged to apply.
When
The Artist Liaison team runs during the Festival, from the 17th-21st of April, 8am-11.30pm. There are also shifts available pre-festival on Wednesday 16th. Volunteers for this team are required to complete 20 hours of work.
How
All volunteers are required to complete online induction and training that will be available through Rosterfy prior to the festival dates. Face-to-face training requirements will be advised by your Team Coordinator once you are confirmed as part of a team.
