FamilyFest
During Festival, Pre/Post Festival for setup/pack up

FamilyFest is an entertainment and activity area within the Festival designed for families to be able to do things together, primarily those with children between 6 and 12 years old. Parents/guardians are to be present with their child at all times. FamilyFest volunteers supervise and facilitate activities including painting, arts/craft and physical activities. (Formerly named KidzFest)

Who

Volunteers in FamilyFest are required to have a Working with Vulnerable people card. First Aid is highly desirable.

When

This team operates during the Festival from March 25-29. A few staff are required in the setup period from March 21 and Pack up on March 30. Volunteers in this team are required to do 20 hours during or 16 hours during the festival and 4 hours setup/pack down. Those only working pre and post festival are required to do 30 hours.

How

All volunteers are required to complete online induction and training that will be available prior to the festival dates. Face-to-face training requirements will be advised by your Team Coordinator once you are confirmed as part of a team
