Festival Pack Up
Post Festival
As part of our Post Festival Pack Up team you’ll be working to pack down the Festival site. You’ll be responsible for moving some of our equipment back to the Henley and storing it safely for another year. There is a range of cleaning tasks to tackle after the equipment has all been packed away.
Who
This team requires physically fit volunteers, as the role includes manual handling. You’ll need to be ready to work shifts 8am - 4pm, but fear not, morning tea and lunch is provided.
When
The team operates on the last day of the festival in the afternoon and Post Festival, from the 30th of March to the 1st of April, 8am-4pm with a lunch break. Volunteers for this team are required to complete 24 hours of work.
How
All volunteers must complete the online safety induction as part of their application. Some teams may require additional training or briefings before the Festival. If this applies to your role, your Team Coordinator will advise you. Volunteers should also read any role-specific information or guides provided by their Coordinator.
