Patron Support/Raffle
During Festival

Been to the Festival a few times before? We want you in Patron Support. Help people find their way, have a chat, and get some feedback recorded. And of course, sell some raffle tickets along the way. You will also be keeping an eye out for things that may need doing, where possible do them, and otherwise reporting when necessary. This is a roving position, standing and moving around within the Entertainment Zone and as such requires an adequate level of physical fitness.

Who

Ideally members of this team have some past experience of the festival so that they are better placed to answer a range of questions from the public. Also, a desire to make the festival more accessible and help people have the best experience possible by helping them to navigate is a must. Volunteers in this team are required to do 20 hours

When

This team runs during the Festival from April 2nd to 6th..

How

All volunteers are required to complete online induction and training that will be available prior to the festival dates. Face-to-face training requirements will be advised by your Team Coordinator once you are confirmed as part of a team
