Stalls
Pre Festival hours essential, During, and Post Festival

The Stalls team provides support for vendors at the Festival. You’ll working closely with the Stalls Coordinators and the Festival staff to ensure that our vendors have everything they need to setup and operate smoothly and safely.
Duties in this role include measuring and marking out stall sites, bringing vendors to their stall site and facilitating the setup of their stall structures, facilitating access to weights, power, waste disposal, and monitoring WHS compliance checklists.

Who

This team suits folk with strong communication skills, the ability to work well with others, and an understanding of WHS issues. Problem solving skills are essential highly regarded.

When

The Stalls team operates pre, during and post Festival, from the 30th March to the 7th of April, between 9am-5pm. Volunteers for this team are required to complete 24--30 hours of work. 30 hours required if only working Pre and Post

How

All volunteers are required to complete online induction and training that will be available prior to the festival dates. Face-to-face training requirements will be advised by your Team Coordinator once you are confirmed as part of a team
