Festival Shop
During Festival, Pre/Post Festival for setup/pack up
The Festival Shop team oversees the operation and sales of the on-site retail space. You will be selling merchandise on behalf of the Festival and its performers, including CDs, clothing, programs, and other items. The shop also often functions as an information point, so you may be helping patrons with general enquiries.
Who
The team needs volunteers with good people skills and attention to detail. Sales experience, particularly with IT and EFTPOS is highly desirable.
When
The Festival Shop operates both pre and during the Festival, from the 22nd -30th of March. Hours pre and post Festival are 9am-4pm, during the Festival the shop is open 9am-8pm. Volunteers for this team are required to complete 20 hours of work. If only working Pre and Post Festival then 30 hours are required.
How
All volunteers must complete the online safety induction as part of their application. Some teams may require additional training or briefings before the Festival. If this applies to your role, your Team Coordinator will advise you. Volunteers should also read any role-specific information or guides provided by their Coordinator.
