Festival Shop

The Festival Shop team oversees the operation and sales of the on-site retail space. You will be selling merchandise on behalf of the Festival and its performers, including CDs, clothing, programs, and of course our famous Festival mugs. The shop also often functions as an information point, so you may be helping patrons with general enquiries.

Who

The team needs volunteers with good people skills and attention to detail. Sales experience, particularly with IT and EFTPOS is highly desirable. Those with data entry experience are also welcome - stock management is a big part of this role.

When

The Festival Shop operates both pre and during the Festival, from the 17th-1st of April. Hours pre and post Festival are 9am-4pm, during the Festival the shop is open 9am-8pm. Volunteers for this team are required to complete 20 hours of work.

How

All volunteers are required to complete online induction and training that will be available through Rosterfy prior to the festival dates. Face-to-face training requirements will be advised by your Team Coordinator once you are confirmed as part of a team.
