Gates - Pre Festival
Our Pre-Festival Gates team welcomes volunteers, staff and contractors as they enter the Festival during the construction phase.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that everyone has the appropriate accreditation to enter the different zones of the Festival, and you’ll work closely with security.
A separate Gates team operates during the Festival.
Who
This team needs responsible, friendly folk with good communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll often be the first point of contact for people, so enthusiasm for customer service is a must.
When
The Pre-Festival unit runs from the 12th - 17th of April, from 7am – 7pm.
Volunteers for the Pre-Festival Gates unit are required to complete 30 hours of work.
How
All volunteers are required to complete online induction and training that will be available through Rosterfy prior to the festival dates. Face-to-face training requirements will be advised by your Team Coordinator once you are confirmed as part of a team.
