IT Support
Pre-Festival essential, some hours During Festival
The IT Support team works to support several areas.
Pre Festival the team helps to setup IT and Eftpos in the Office, Ticket Offices, Shop, and Bars. The team also keeps track of all hired IT equipment. Throughout Pre Festival and during the Festival the team is then on call for troubleshooting and support.
There is also opportunity to do some hours in the month leading up to moving on site getting systems setup to ensure a smoother process during setup.
Who
Volunteers in this team must have some IT skills.
When
Pre Festival and During. March 20 to March 30. Can do all hours either pre festival or during. 20 hours minimum are required if working during the festival. 30 hours are required if doing only pre festival.
How
All volunteers must complete the online safety induction as part of their application. Some teams may require additional training or briefings before the Festival. If this applies to your role, your Team Coordinator will advise you. Volunteers should also read any role-specific information or guides provided by their Coordinator.
