IT Support
Pre-Festival essential, some rostered/ on call hours During Festival

The IT Support team works to support several areas.
Pre Festival the team helps to setup IT and Eftpos in the Office, Ticket Offices, Shop, and Bars. The team also keeps track of all hired IT equipment. Throughout Pre-Festival and during the Festival the team is then on call for troubleshooting and support.
There is also opportunity to do some hours in the month leading up to moving on site getting systems setup to ensure a smoother process during setup.

Who

Volunteers in this team must have some IT skills.

When

Pre-Festival and During. March 26 to April 7. Can do all hours either pre festival or during. 20 hours minimum are required if working during the festival. 30 hours are required if doing only pre festival.

How

All volunteers are required to complete online induction and training that will be available prior to the festival dates. Face-to-face training requirements will be advised by your Team Coordinator once you are confirmed as part of a team
