During Festival
We’re thrilled to introduce a brand-new team for 2026—the Cloakroom! Think of it as your festival’s personal concierge for coats and treasures. Whether you’ve brought along a cosy jacket (even though we’ve ordered sunshine for the day!) or scored something fabulous from one of our stalls, we’ve got you covered—literally.
This addition comes straight from your feedback: you asked for a safe spot to stash your stuff, and we listened! So, relax, roam, and enjoy the festival knowing your belongings are in good hands. The Cloak Room team is here to make your day lighter, brighter, and way more fun!
Who
This team requires volunteers with a strong sense of organisation and good interpersonal skills.
When
The Cloakroom team operates during the Festival, 3rd to 6th of April. Volunteers for this team are required to complete 20 hours of work.
How
All volunteers are required to complete online induction and training that will be available prior to the festival dates. Face-to-face training requirements will be advised by your Team Coordinator once you are confirmed as part of a team
