Supplies
Pre Festival hours essential, During and Post

The Supplies team is in charge of storing, securing and managing the distribution of equipment and consumables for the Festival. You’ll be operating out of the Henley, supplying other teams with equipment such as cleaning supplies, stationery, heaters and much more.

Who

This team requires volunteers with a good level of general fitness as some manual handling is required. This work also requires high attention to detail, methodical record-keeping, and good customer service skills.

When

The Supplies team operates pre and during and after the Festival, from March 25 to 6 April. Hours are from 9am-4pm pre-Festival, and 8am-6pm during the Festival. Volunteers for this team are required to complete 30 hours of work pre-festival or 20 hours during the festival.

How

All volunteers are required to complete online induction and training that will be available prior to the festival dates. Face-to-face training requirements will be advised by your Team Coordinator once you are confirmed as part of a team
