Supplies
Pre Festival hours essential, During and Post
The Supplies team is in charge of storing, securing and managing the distribution of equipment and consumables for the Festival. You’ll be operating out of the Henley, supplying other teams with equipment such as cleaning supplies, stationery, heaters and much more.
Who
This team requires volunteers with a good level of general fitness as some manual handling is required. This work also requires high attention to detail, methodical record-keeping, and good customer service skills.
When
The Supplies team operates pre and during and after the Festival, from March 20 to 1 April. Hours are from 9am-4pm Pre Festival, and 8am-1pm during the Festival. Volunteers for this team are required to complete 30 hours of work pre festival or 24 hours during and pre or post the festival.
How
All volunteers must complete the online safety induction as part of their application. Some teams may require additional training or briefings before the Festival. If this applies to your role, your Team Coordinator will advise you. Volunteers should also read any role-specific information or guides provided by their Coordinator.
