Ticket Office
Pre Festival and During Festival

The Ticket Office team is the first point of contact for most people coming to the Folk Festival. We provide tickets, wristbands, advice, and assistance to our patrons coming on site.
We manage two different offices at the top and bottom of the site and you will likely be rostered in both over the five days of the festival. Pre Festival hours will only be in the Wells Station Road ticket office.

Who

This volunteer position requires confidence in speaking to members of the public, good customer service skills, and being familiar with EFTPOS systems. Basic computer literacy is an essential requirement.

When

The Ticket Office team operates pre Festival from March 29 and during the Festival, from the 2nd to 6th of April, 7.45am-9pm. Volunteers for this team are required to complete 20 hours of work if only working during, and 24-30 hours of work if working both pre and during, and 30 if only Pre Festival.

How

All volunteers are required to complete online induction and training that will be available prior to the festival dates. Face-to-face training requirements will be advised by your Team Coordinator once you are confirmed as part of a team
