Ticket Office
The Ticket Office team is the first point of contact for most people coming to the Folk Festival. We provide tickets, wristbands, advice, and assistance to our patrons coming on site.
We manage two different offices at the top and bottom of the site and you will likely be rostered in both over the five days of the festival.
Who
This volunteer position requires confidence in speaking to members of the public, good customer service skills, and being familiar with EFTPOS systems. Basic computer literacy is an essential requirement.
When
The Ticket Office team operates during the Festival, from the 17th-21st of April, 7.45am-9pm. Volunteers for this team are required to complete 20 hours of work.
How
All volunteers are required to complete online induction and training that will be available through Rosterfy prior to the festival dates. Face-to-face training requirements will be advised by your Team Coordinator once you are confirmed as part of a team.
